Costumer must read and agree to policy upon scheduling.

payment is due in full if your order is under 50$ (nonrefundable)

any orders over 50$ must pay 50% nonrefundable deposit of your invoice and remaining balance must be paid by noon the day before pick up. failure to fulfill the remaining due may result in a cancellation or delay. we do not send reminders.​

Payments are not accepted through the site, please view the invoice sent to you for payments that are accepted. we do not accept cash.

Orders will not be scheduled if deposits are not fulfilled by its deadline.

we have the right to refuse service if it does not suit our schedule.

once scheduled, we cannot reschedule, so please be certain when scheduling. if there's an absolute necessity to change the date, message us directly; however we cannot guarantee any date changes.

100% of payment is non-refundable if canceling with less than 24 hours notice and cannot be used towards a future order.

we provide delivery for weddings or any major events only;Delivery fee varies due to order size, location or if setting up at the venue. we do not offer standard delivery for smaller occasions.

delivery fees and invoices are non-negotiable or to be bargained.

additional retainer is required if needing cake/treats stands and must be returned in its original condition.

late fees start at $15 after 20 mins, anything after 20 mins will increase the late fee or may result in a delay on your pick up if there are other orders on the schedule for that day. it is vital that you pick up your order on time. we cannot guarantee holding your order past the pick up time set or set it for another date or time.

please do not run errands while your cake is left in your vehicle under any circumstances or weather. When arranging a pick up please consider from point a to point b while traveling with the cake.

no refunds of any kind are given if you are unable to pick up your order within the window that was confirmed. we understand that life happens but we ask for communication if anything is preventing you from receiving your order.

100% refund will be fulfilled if we must cancel your order at any point. Notice will be given in a timely manner. in addition, if we cancel within 48 hours of expected order, we will apply 10% off your next purchase.

we do not have starting prices for our custom cakes. When placing an order, the cost will vary depending on: ingredients, layers, size, any additions including toppers, multiple frosting colors, and different types/flavors of fillings or the amount of cupcakes requested. the form is mandatory to fill out to provide the best quote as possible.

We always try to ask, but overall you are responsible for informing us of any allergies/aversions when placing an order, as our baked goods may contain gluten, nuts and dairy. (we are not a nut free friendly bakery)

We are unable to fulfill orders with less than 24 hours notice.

we require a minimum of two weeks to get scheduled. however, last minute orders vary on a week to week bases but not guaranteed to be accepted.

When requesting an order to be exact of another photo, please keep in mind it is impossible to make any item "exactly" the way another baker has made or designed it, as other bakers use different tools and techniques. however. we will try our best to do so.

when sending inspo pics, please keep in mind that some images are ai generated or highly edited and we do not recommend sending these kinds of images for inspo pics.

After an order is confirmed, no changes of any kind can be made, so please be as detailed as possible when placing an order.

As soon as an order has been delivered or picked up and care/storage instructions has been given, Any alterations or incidents thereon will be the recipients full responsibility.

If you choose to have a third party like a family/friend or Uber pick up your order, we are no longer responsible for the condition it arrives in.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

cake cutting instructions will be sent along with your order.

cakes or cupcakes with buttercream or cream cheese frostings need to be stored in the refrigerator until half an hour to an hour before eating for best taste. Refrigerate any leftovers.

Cakes or cupcakes with whipped topping need to be kept refrigerated at all times and does not need to sit out prior to consuming.

If your home gets quite warm in the summer months, always store in the fridge as soon as possible.

do not leave your cake in the car while running errands.

we do not recommend leaving your cake outside with your decorations, if you are having an event, as any cake can melt in high temperatures. Please only sit cake on display prior to singing and/or cutting, if left at room temp at your location.

we do not recommend freezing your cake whatsoever prior to an event, as this can cause condensation when bringing it down to room temp or sudden temperature changes when brought outdoors. however, you may feel free to freeze any left overs.

We do not recommend driving with the cake for longer than 1-2 hours or long distances in the summer months unless providing the max AC in your vehicle. please do not leave any orders in your vehicle while running errands.

Always store cake/cupcakes completely flat and secure, the back seat on the floor or trunk is recommended, please do not sit the cake on your lap!

When carrying an order, always carry securely from the bottom.
